What is Zaufac’s returns policy?
- We have a 30-day return policy for all the items purchased from the website(Zaufac.com). Exchange will not be applicable on End of season sale discount.
- Return day will be applied from the day of delivery.
- In case of mismatch in delivered product, request you to please raise the ticket on our support and it will be answered with 48 hours on timeline.
Return standards and conditions
- We are more than happy to accept returns for both refunds and exchange.
- Exchange can only be initiated in term of alternate size.
- Inconvenience in exchange due to unavailability of alternate size in stock, refund will be issued if it goes beyond stock availability time and customer’s requested time.
Items must be unworn and unwashed
- Items with excessive wrinkles are subject to denial.
- Items covered with animal/human hair are subject to denial.
- Return without Zaufac tag and sizing tag will be declined.
- Items with body odour will not be accepted.
- Items with strong smells like smoke, cologne, detergent, etc., will not be accepted
- In case of strain due to food/beverage will not be accepted.
- We cannot accept returns (including issuing refunds) or exchanges on any water bottles, face masks, underwear, bodysuits, or socks for hygiene reasons.
- Full order refund will be initiated excluding the shipping costs.
- In case of denial, our support team will notify you via mail, parallelly initiating the reshipment of your product within 10 business days.
Can sale items be returned?
- Any items discounted are considered final sale and cannot be returned for a refund or exchange.
